Double-hand Poker is a modern game with ancient ancestry. Built on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the eastern with the wild west in an awesome game for beginning level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler versus the croupier, not like the majority of other poker games that players play with other players. By gambling against the dealer, new players do not have to fret about any other, more knowledgeable players taking their $$$$.

An additional Pai Gow advantage is the relatively slow game pace, rookies will be able to take their time and strategize while not having to make hasty selections.

It’s also easier to bet on for a long time with basically a tiny bit of cash seeing as, to not win, both of your hands needs to be lower than both of the houses hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and one joker. The player is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the casino is given 7 cards face down.

One five card hand and one 2 card hand need to be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be larger than the houses.
