Amateurs Strategy for Pai Gow Poker
Double-hand Poker is a modern game with ancient ancestry. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the eastern with the west in an excellent game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the croupier, unlike the majority of other poker games that players bet against other gamblers. By gambling against the dealer, beginner players don’t need to fret about any other, more advanced individuals winning their mulla.
A further Pai Gow benefit is the relatively leisurely game play, novices can take their time and plan without needing to make frenzied decisions.
It’s also easier to enjoy for an extended time with basically a tiny bit of money since, to not win, each of your hands has to be under each of the houses hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card standard deck and one joker. The player is given seven cards faces showing and the dealer is dealt 7 cards face down.
One 5 card hand and one two card hand need to be made from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be better than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be higher than the houses.
